Short walk from Nagasaki station and now with the AMU mall open is very convenient for main tourist activities like shopping eating and sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Close to main train station. Comfortable, clean, has a washer for your clothes. Only bad thing is, once you get the key out of the box, don’t put it back there until you check out because it doesn’t stay locked.

It had all the basic amenities that I needed and it was very clean. Just right opposite the Nagasaki Station with Japan's brilliant convenient stores around, and very easy access to tourist spots, with some that are just minutes of walk away. All the major tram stations are also around. I had a great time in Nagasaki!

Everything was great. It is very close to bus terminal, literally 30 seconds walk. It will be good for those traveling eith long distance bus. It is 5 min walk from JR station using footbridge. Only downside that it doesnt have an elevator.

Overall the room is nice and has everything you need, we were very grateful for the washing machine and detergent provided. It was nice after traveling around for a couple weeks to finally be able to cook for ourselves. However I would not book this property if you have any mobility issues. The steep steps up to the 5th floor were a challenge and our room had a bunk bed. So if you have troubles with mobility it would not be suitable.

It's literally 15-20 mins away from everything that you'd like to see in Nagasaki (except Huis Ten Bosch, but it's a straight shot from Nagasaki Sta.)

The property manager was understanding with my mistake and was not confrontational. Please note that if your room is on the 5th floor, the stairs are narrow. Therefore, heavy and big luggage are not recommended. The place gave a Japanese Home Vibe.

Positive: - Modern Bath/Toilet - Few Minutes walking distance from Nagasaki Negative: - Walls and Windows thin like paper. You could hear everything, from upper and lower floors or from outside, which makes it hard to sleep - Fridge is also really loud but somehow managable, still bad - no Elevator very narrow staircase the lowest room is on 3F. I came with 2 pieces of heavy luggage. This combo makes checking in and out tedious and leaves a bitter aftertaste - Friend who stayed at the same hotel had the thinnest mattress you could imagine and his room was not clean. My room was clean but with the same type of mattress but my bed had additional softy spongy stuff under it. My friend's had not. Recommendation: Book only when you're traveling with backpack you're a heavy sleeper able to sleep on a thin mattress.

初めて民泊を利用しましたがとても快適でした。402号室はシングルベッドが2つあり、ソファもあり広さも2人で泊まるには充分でした。 室内には調理器具、食器、アイロン、洗濯機（洗剤も）、アメニティ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、も付いていてエアコンの前には物干し竿もあり長期滞在でも安心です。物音も全くせずとても静かでした。長崎駅や空港のリムジンバスのターミナルからも近く便利な立地です。ただ一つ階段はきつかったです。

交通の利便性よし、食事も周囲にいろいろお店があるので良かった。ベッドも快適。タオルなども日数分準備してあり、お掃除もきれいにしている。チェックイン時間より早く到着したのですが、スーツケースを先に部屋の中へ置かせてもらえた。無人のチェックインですが、何も問題なくスムーズにできた。ただ一つ残念なのが、部屋にあがるための階段。エレベーターがないため、スーツケースを抱えて急な階段を登らねばならない。女性、年配者にはかなりキツイ。私は子供たちと一緒だったのでよかったが、私1人だったら無理だった。

優點： 好近長崎車站，在哪個景點都易於到達，房間設備齊全，光亮乾淨。 缺點： 隔音不好，外面聲音易傳入屋，帶耳塞沒問題。拖着大行李上下樓梯都是痛苦的。 但整體住宿是非常好的，有機會再去長崎一定再住這裡。

나가사키 역에서 걸어서 대략 5, 7분 거리에 있으며 숙소 주변에는 술집, 맛집, 편의점 등이 많이 있어서 식사 걱정은 크게 없는 위치에 있어요. 비록 승강기가 없으며 좁은 계단을 타고 올라가야 한다는 단점이 하나 있지만 그것을 빼고는 흠 잡을 곳이 없었어요! 일본의 원룸 아파트형 숙소인데 시설이 전부 깨끗했으며, 구비 물품들도 전부 깨끗하고 오와 열이 아주 잘 맞춰 정돈 되어 있었어요. 그 원룸형 아파트는 2층 침대가 있어서 2명이서도 수용할 수 있으며 캐리어 가방을 따로 둘 수 있는 공간이었어요. 즉 결론은 승강기가 없는 점을 빼고는 위치성, 청결성, 시설의 최신성이 아주 최고였어요! 나가사키에서 가성비 좋고 깨끗하며 넓은 시설을 원할 경우 이곳을 감히 추천 합니다.

長崎駅前のロータリーから徒歩５分くらいです。駅のホーム前となると、大きな駅のため、かなりかかるかとは思います。それでも、歩いてアクセスできる距離です。普段住むお部屋に暮らすように泊まるタイプのため、快適そのものでした。調理をするための道具もそろっていますので、何かを用意しておかないと調理できないということもないです。ミネラルウォーターを２ℓ冷蔵庫に入れてくれていました。３泊するので足りなかったので、自分でもお水は購入しました。長期滞在者には、もう少しお水をいただけてもいいかなとも思いますが、そのほかのサービスがすばらしいので、不満はありません。洗濯機も洗剤もあるので、洗濯もできます。

こちらで2泊しました。チェックインは設置してあるタブレットで行うのですが、案内通りにすればサクッと終わり簡単でした。立地の良さと部屋の広さにしてはかなりコスパが良いと思いました！ 気になった点は、タオルが濡れると結構臭う点、畳のシートからほんのり足の匂いがする点、暖房が効きにくいのに布団が薄い点（連日雪のときに利用し、寒かった）です。 あとこれは402号室だけかもしれませんが、クローゼットから数秒〜数十秒おきに「ｷｯｯ」と音がしていて怖かったです。 でも掃除は綺麗にされていましたし、値段を考えると総合的には良かったです。
