A great stay and great staff! Clean facilities and comfortable room. Only reason for 4 stars is facility and decor is clearly older. Also, I think smoking and nonsmoking rooms are mixed on the same floor; at times it would be really potent in the hallway, but it was fine in my room.

Older property, but for the cheaper price, it's what you would expect. The train station, bus and tram are all super close. In the single room, there's an extra bed covered in fabric to make it like a couch, and I found that a nice added bonus.

You can’t beat the location, one block from street car stop, bus terminal, and JR train station. It was very convenient for us. The hotel is very, very dated and you can smell it as you walk in. The room was also very dated, but clean. The staff was very nice. They held our luggage for us prior to check-in and after check-out, and we were able to maximize our time sightseeing without lugging heavy bags.
