Room was cold after the oil heater ran out in the middle of the night. The oil heater was not enough for the whole night during the winter time and the hot water in the sink was not working.
The hosts were very accommodating. We had a lovely room but it was adjacent to another room with a large group. Being that the hotel was more of a traditional style ryokan
