とにかくスッタフの対応が丁寧でホスピタリティにあふれていた。 施設自体は古さを感じるが、その中でいろいろ楽しめるように工夫している感はありました。清掃も◎まではいかないが行き届いていた。 あえて細かいところで、お味噌汁を座ったあとに届けてくれるのですが、夜も朝もぬるかった。せっかくの後出しなのだからもう少しあついほうが。外国の方も多い感じなので合わせているのかな。大浴場も露天はちょうどよかったのですが、屋内風呂はぬるかったです。 それでも、それを補ってあまりあるスッタフさんのホスピタリティがよかったです。また来たいと思わせてくれる対応でした。

昨年と違う部屋にしましたが景色が最高でした。 お料理も美味しかったです。接客は凄く親切で物腰柔らかく、気さくに話せるのがいいですね。 １つ星が少ないのは、寝室の電気を調節できたらよかったかな？と思いました。 でもとにかく、ここのスタッフさんは最高でしたよ。 なのでまた来年もお世話になります！
