「We enjoyed the hot tub. The staff was friendly. We were ripped off by Expedia. Expedia charged me $18 per day for breakfast and the hotel provides it for free. When I contacted Expedia to get refunded. They refused to even speak with me or refund the fraudulent charges.」

I could not stand another night trying to sleep on that. I did pay for another night in advance . I went to the office the next morning by 8 AM. I informed them that I would not be staying another night as the bed was hard and lumpy and felt like a box spring. He said , That’s the first I have heard of it ! I asked for a reimbursement...

The little things matter and the fact that they included real coffee mugs, a wine opener, and qtips was greatly appreciated. Loved the throw pillows and Velvet blanket of the Dune room. I enjoyed the completely contactless check in. Would definitely stay here again. One note of caution. The room I stayed in was great for a solo traveler or perhaps a couple.」
