The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that one side of the bed felt lower than other side.The TV shows channels available but couldn't get. Otherwise everything was good and I look forward to staying there again

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave Myrtle Beach
Being coaxed into attending a time share sales presentation by hotel staff ruined the vibe for me. The gift card received for enduring the relentless pitches when we were exhausted / not interested doesn’t feel worth it. Wished there were more food options and service at site.

Dunes Village Resort
Very nice staff at the front desk and concierge.however my room wasn’t cleaned at all during stay, and I found spots of blood around the toilet which I purchased bleach wipes and cleaned myself.
