"Hot tub is not working! Landscaping is in need to a lot of work. Hotel lobby needs attention. "

"The hotel itself was very sad. I'm sure that it was nice when it was first built. The decor is odd, not what I would expect for a Howard Johnson's. Entire building needs a fresh coat of paint and carpets steam cleaned. My room was ok, it appeared clean. Curtains were torn, bathroom had no exhaust fan. Guest "Laundry Room" was "out of service"...not surprised there. Housekeeping was very nice. They do their best with what they have to work with. Pool looked nice, the kids pool/shallow pool was fenced off for repairs(?) Garden area around pool was neglected, not at all inviting. It served its purpose, just needed a place to sleep while in town. Not likely to stay here again. "

"Subpar. I stayed here because of the reviews but its like a motel 6. Curtains dont fully close so it cat be dark. Tv is generic channels. Lots of holes and patches on walls, bathroom had rust. "

"I would not recommend this property, especially if you're traveling with family or expecting basic amenities. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and there had been a flood on the 4th floor. Our room had a large bubble in the ceiling, which was concerning and made it feel unsafe. The condition of the room overall was poor—the floor was noticeably slanted, and the dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and kept sliding open. One major issue was the door. The cover/seal was broken, and you could actually see inside the room from outside, which is a serious privacy concern. We were also charged a $35 per day “guest amenities” fee plus parking, but there were no real amenities available. The pool was not working, there was no hot tub, no gym, and no breakfast area. It’s frustrating to pay extra for services that simply don’t exist."

"I disliked that there was a painted over dead cockroach on the window frame, that there was no elevators. So carrying luggage up for an elder adult and two children were really exhausting. And our room was a bit farther than what I expected from the office. So driving to get the breakfast was a better choice than walking. "
