"I have thoughts about this hotel. The hotel is clean and was just fine for one night. Our room had a window unit ac/fan and it was so loud we had to turn it off. However…parking was awful. They only have parking for probably half the rooms? It is first come first serve, so if your flight is getting in late, expect to park on the street with metered parking. You also have to move your car before 8am, before the meters turn on. For us this was a major inconvenience as our flight got in late, so we checked in late and had to wake up early to move our car. Also, they wanted to charge us $17 for breakfast when we reserved the room. We made out MUCH cheaper for breakfasts by paying by the plate. Breakfast was not good. Had to pay for refills and our pancakes were leathery, and it was difficult to even cut them. Again, hotel was fine for a single night,"

"Hotel room was run down walls had paint peeling, the bathroom looked dirty and smelled musty, there was stains and sticky stuff on the floor. The door looked like someone tried to break in. The windows only shut with a stick. Not worth the money. Don’t stay there."

"Very likely upscale and nice 10+years ago. Many places are in need up an overhaul it upgrade. Especially the guest rooms. The pool area isn’t functional at all for children and that was disappointing. We ate at Fletchers twice and it was great, and the service was even better. The art galleries were amazing! Service was great. Definitively needs some updating though."

"The nicest mid range priced hotel in all of Anchorage. Lobby is super clean and smells great. Continental breakfast was well supplied. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Let us leave our luggage behind the desk and take a late shuttle to the airport after we already checked out."
