The room was clean upon arrival and tidied daily! The staff was wonderfully kind and warm. The breakfast was delicious. There is a bus station nearby. And a really lovely garden.

The owner Mehmet is super wonderful. He showed us to our room on the very top floor with a private terrace. Immediately after we checked in he asked us to join him in his cafe across the street. He gave us tea and we got to talking. He speaks good English so it was easy to follow him. He is full of information, suggestions, and recommendations. He drew a map of all the places he thought was worth visiting, which we did! And he also gave us restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and...

The hotel Staff is really great. They are all extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was first class. We were worried that the rooms would be cold as it was a "cave" room. They were warm, well decorated and the bathroom had great water pressure. We suggest a car unless you will book a tour to take you places as it is in Mustafapasa, near Urgup. Although they had a few restaurants in the town, we ended up going to Goreme to eat most of our dinners as we finished...

Suleyman, the owner, is Suleyman the Magnificient! He is a warm genuine person who puts guests at ease and provides unbelievable service. The stay at Upper Greek House was superb and the dinners at his other property just down the hill were delicious. The town is cute-- much better that Goreme. It is also centrally located to all the site. It is no wonder Rick Steve's has this in his book.

Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc....
