「Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

「Our second stay and would come back but downside is no shower and the bathroom was dated and sink full of hairs which wasn’t pleasant. The lighting in our room was poor. An extra lamp maybe by the mirror so you can see what you’re doing would be helpful. The service and staff were excellent. Dining was really good too. Lovely restaurant space. Breakfast is at the neighbouring Malthouse. Whilst food was good service was very poor, the tea/coffee facilities were dreadful. Had to ask for clean...

「Very characterful room, staff were most welcoming and made a lovely fuss of our little dog , as well as giving him a sausage at breakfast time. Nice to have a bath too. Excellent value for money, will stay again.」
