APA hotels do not pretend to be anything else than what they are, a well run highly efficiency focused hotel chain that will save you some money and provide good, albeit minuscule, accomodations with convenient, safe and very clean buildings."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price. Every aspect of the stay was above average. The room, though small, was well-maintained and clean.. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The location was also convenient with a convenience store right next to. I’ll definitely stay there again!"

"This is the second time I've stayed here and it was wonderful. I love being in the station, close to the train lines and great restaurants. The room was spacious for two people and very clean. We were lucky to be on a floor with the laundry machine and didn't have to fight to use it, but there was only 1 machine on the floor so watch out. Great place, will probably always stay here when in Sendai."

Knowledgeable. They were especially accommodating to assist us with navigating additional nights due to an approaching typhoon. I would highly recommend this hotel and hotel chain."
