"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? "In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."
