「If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. 」

「L'hôtel Tenuta Villa Colle Sereno à Montemarciano est une ancienne bâtisse formidable. Bien situé et dans un cadre très agréable. personnel accueillant parlant aussi bien français et forcement italien. Petit déjeuner typique italien. Chambre grande et propreté irréprochable.」

「Allora punti positivi (molti): - la Gentilezza e la disponibilità delle proprietarie Paola e la Signora Adriana; - la pulizia (menzione particolare per la ragazza della Costa d'avorio) - il cibo (sebbene con una certa rigidità negli orari) - la posizione centrale, vista sul mare e l'accesso alla spiaggia ideali per chi come me portava al mare una signora anziana) unico punto negativo è l'immobile che risale al 1962 e che necessiterebbe di una bella rinfrescata soprattutto nella sale da bagno...

「Chambre bien insonorisé, matelas confortable, grande sdb Petit déjeuner décevant, je peux comprendre que le four soit en panne, mais plus rien dans le buffet à 9h45 que des biscottes du beurre en portion et de la confiture rien d'autre le vide total je n'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel 」

「Great location and we enjoyed our stay. We had planned for a longer stay, but the property did not have laundry facility or a gym both of which is a high priority for us. The staff were great and accommodating and breakfast was great!」
