「This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse. The bedrooms were so small we couldn’t fit our luggage, and the layout was cramped enough that I aggravated a pre-existing knee injury. It’s also inaccurately listed—it’s only 1.5 baths. 「The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. 」

「Good amount of space, beds & pillows were comfortable. Hosts were responsive. House was clean. My only complaint was that power went out for about 5 hours and it was hot! I also didn’t like that it was high up on a long road with many turns and barely visible street signs. This aside, it was fine with enough room for all.」

「EXCELLENT! Spectacular view. Very scenic. Small inn with the pool, restaurant, bar, beach all in one. The room is simple but clean. The restaurant has good food that was reasonably priced. Great staff. Lots of beaches nearby. Excellent area for surfers. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here & would love to go back. 」

「The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. 」

「We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...

「This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place at all … terrible terrible unsanitary experience. The female security was the only good experience, she was very kind and respectful. 」

「This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee.
