「The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking! 」

「I booked this as a backup for the festival opening week and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. Sweet and warm welcome, extremely helpful staff. Nice atmosphere amongst travellers as well. I guess the bad reviews are either from an earlier period or people don't understand it's a hostel. I was very glad to see a fan spinning in the room at night as it was very hot. 「飯店位於論壇廣場, 在梵谷咖啡館的對面, 是亞爾的 中心地帶, 離Eglise St. Trophime(即共和廣場)與競技場都很近. 旅館有些歷史了, 但內部裝潢讓人感到舒適, 整理得也很乾淨, 房間大小適中, 陳設簡單但色彩鮮明, 冷氣強度也夠. 服務人員態度非常好, 也會熱心地推薦亞爾其他優良餐廳, check-in 的速度也快. 車子開到飯店門口是個挑戰, 因為廣場四周路窄, 且有些是徒步區,開車有點尷尬. 飯店人員會幫忙停車, 費用也很便宜.」
