Good in general

Good in general, I am giving only 3 stars because I would expect more from a 4-star hotel, anyway the price of my stay was not expensive. The room I was given needed a bit of renovation (electric plugs etc.). I was there in winter, probably in summer with garden, pool etc. the hotel is much more enjoyable. Breakfast was good.

Amazing staff and a very nice hotel

a very nice hotel with exterior corridors, but safe and secure; the food is very good, with a cook-to-order breakfast buffet, which is worth 14 euro if you are a big breakfast person; please note the dinner options are cooked off-site, but very good; the staff is absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate and assist you in any way, especially Ludovic, who is a real gem. i would definitely stay here again when in the Arles area. they also have 2 outlets for free electric car charging.

The room was clean, a good size, had a fridge and a nice balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and only a 20 minute walk into Arles. The pool and property grounds are very well kept- although weather wasn't good enough for us to enjoy the pool.

This hotel is not a 4 star. It is very dated. The walls are paper thin and we heard our loud neighbors all night and early morning. As well at 8 a.m. there was a grader outside our door. Pool undergoing renovations so not very nice to look at.

L’hôtel est très bien mais par contre le cotée vip access était inexistant. Nous avons payer en plus du prix de l’hébergement 15€ par jour pour le chien et 15€ par jour pour le parking. Je trouve ceci hors de prix. Sinon le personnel très gentil et la piscine est un vraie plus.

1 nuit à Arles

Hôtel au charme désuet à l’image de la ville d’Arles. Tranquille, parking fermé 10€, wifi ok. Hôtel propre, grande chambre avec petit balcon donnant sur une superbe piscine. La chambre est spacieuse avec grand lit mais avec matelas à mémoire de forme (il faut aimer). Petit minibar vide, une simple bouteille d eau offerte aurait été appréciée. Bouilloire avec kfe, thé et 2 spéculos . Pas d’autres produits de courtoisie. L’écran Tv est assez petit pour un 3 étoiles, et plusieurs chaînes ne fonctionnent pas (incident temporaire sans doute). La chambre était glacée à mon arrivée, mais la Clim réversible fonctionne et a remonté la température. La sdb carrelée est assez grande mais sans le moindre chauffage d’appoint, frisquet le matin,,, la douche est ok. Bref c’est un hôtel qui doit être sans doute agréable en été. Hors saison, pour 1 nuit pas plus.
