Unsatisfactory housekeeping
"Carpets in the room has not been vacummed for an extended period of time. The toilet had urine smell. The Hosuekeeping incharge Christine was informed of the circumstances and it was marginally rectified but Christine was neither apologetic about the shortcomings."
