The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. The parking lot is underground, and a little difficult to get into, and there was some construction noise, but we'd been told about that the night before. "Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again ! "
