「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Mountain Ash Suite. Great location with a short walk into town. It was extremely private, peaceful and comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. 」

Called the number provided numerous times with no answer and none responded. Waited for nearly 2 hrs with young kids in vain. Yet to receive my booking amount paid from Expedia. Very poor!」

"As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. "
