「I found everything okay the only thing that sort of bothered me was just to check in the park the key situation but I'm new to the phone technology so that's where the problem came in for me but besides that everything else is okay thank you」

「Nice and convenient hotel. 」

「Nice staffs! Nice bed! Nice experience!」

「Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough.」

「Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new.」

「There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.」

「The room was affordable, clean, and quiet. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had a great experience there for two days and would love to stay again!」

「Clean & Ccomfortable」

「I had a very clean room that was well taken care of. The linens were clean and fresh - plenty of nice thick towels.Housekeeping was there everyday and stocked well. Parking is limited and not as lite as other hotels in the area. My check in experience was average but was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I got in late and my room was ready. Sadly they were out of warm cookies- I was given a GF chocolate chip cookie which is good to know for those who are GF. Sadly my meal experience...

「I have to say the front desk lady was amazing. Excellent costumer service. Overall was good hotel to stay in. The only negative thing is breakfast, it could have been batter compared to many other hotels I have stayed in.」

「The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Free parking and very affordable prices. It's just that the room is a bit too simple and there are no windows for ventilation. The room is a bit decorated.」

「The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.」

「A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.」
