「Lovely modern room, good view, nice lighting design. WIFI did not work; manager (only avail by ph) said outage was reported. No answer later when I sent text for update. No WIFI for the duration of my stay and no further answer to my text.」

「Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. 「We loved the place, comfortable and clean, spacious room. Restaurant was amazing. Staff were so nice! Only thing is that it’s far from the town center and you must take the shuttle in the morning and evening, or a taxi.」

「It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect.」

「we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping, robes, and bidet. none at the property. i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange. there is no one to greet you at the prpty. there is no way to get in.there is a #...

「Great place with a gorgeous view from the deck! You also look down on the town from just right above, very cool. We really enjoyed it.」
