「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this...

「The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. 」

「櫃台人員服務親切, 房間舒適, 位置也很安靜. 附近免費停車方便. 客房樓層好像不是飯店獨立所有與社區住戶共用. 從客房區要下樓外出的電梯如果沒留意搭錯電梯會被鎖在裡面, 除非等到有住戶按電梯才能打開. 等了10多分才脫困有點小驚嚇. 」

「Check in instructions were clear and super easy. Room was clean and tidy with a very warm and comfortable bed. Air conditioning, internet and cooking facilities were excellent. Property manager was very helpful. Room was small but cosy. Will definitely stay again」
