「There is lot of room to improve in Food quality and taste. Restaurants inhouse are just mediocre. I suggest they bring in some good chefs to add variety. As an Indian, I did not like any Indian inhouse cuisine. I had to order both meals from Khana Kazana」

「When I checked in, I was sent to general room - a finally got the room I paid for. Also, everything is great (but noisy) except the restaurant has terrible service- 1 hour to get food and hard to get staff to get/pay bill」

The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!」
