「Lovingly restored building with wonderful detailing yet with modern functioning utilities. A most pleasant experience. Drawbacks - a few external ones. The building is on an unattractive street next to a parking lot and a garage and inhabited by a few unhoused persons. Still the surrounding area beyond this one block is quite nice.
