「We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...

「Although I have mobility issues with arthritis this property is more than managable as it caters to the disibility impaired with a lift & bathroom suited to these needs. The bed is divine. Full size fridge is great. But most of all the security is top notch with it requiring 3 codes to even knock on my door. I love it!」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。」
