"I found the room dark. Lighting could be better. Love the bathroom mirror. 💖Love the cookie treat. 👍 Towels were obviously showing wear and tear/ not white anymore. Location is perfect for our needs. Luminaire was a nice treat. Close to central station a big plus. Oh, the cover blanket/ sheets were tucked down that it was hard/ couldn’t pull it up to neck level. LOL!"

"This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to Amsterdam. Location wise it’s perfect - a short walk from Centraal station and right in the middle of the shops. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We asked for a room change because we wanted a walk in shower and it was arranged with zero fuss. Looking forward to my next stay."

"This was one of the best and most unique hotels we've stay in. Has a lot of character and charm and English speaking staff at check-in. Great location. We got a family bunk room and was perfect for 2 adults + 2 tall teens. If you like historical charm with modern finishes, this is your place. It was our family's favorite hotel in our European trip."
