「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「Perfect location. Near the square, 15 minute walk to the trains. Staff were extremely accommodating, even helping us with an issue with paperwork for a situation at home. The courtyard bar was lovely. Definitely put this hotel on your list for a stay in Gouda.」

The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient. The decoration of the room is very modern, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Overall it was very nice.」
