The staff was so friendly and spoke English well (super helpful bc my German is terrible) - rate was super reasonable for a super clean room, close to public transport, cozy atmosphere and tasty breakfast - will definitely stay again!

Quaint hotel in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Limited dining options in the immediate area but restaurant at the hotel was very good. Wish they had coffee in the rooms.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind and helpful and Marco was especially exceptional. They go out of Their way to make you feel like a valued customer and almost like family before you leave. Can’t say enough good things bout the hotel & staff and it’s a very quaint and clean the Bavarian style hotel. Highly recommend staying there.

Apartment well equipped. Beds comfortable. Linens clean. Window blinds not fully functioning. Glass on floor and my son cut his feet. Odd stains on floor and baseboard. Breakfast good with good variety, even lactose free and gluten free options. Staff very polite and attentive.

This hotel is a gem. The suite is one of the nicest, coziest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. My family loved the layout, the two bathrooms, the exposed beams bearing the history of the building, in short, everything. We give it 5 stars because 6 is not an option!

Excellent modernized Gasthof

From the outside it looks like an ancient guesthouse, but the inside has clearly been extensively renovated to include many modern comforts. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our suite had ample room for the 6 people in our family, with a bathroom for the kids and a separate master bedroom and bath for the parents. The area was quiet and the staff were very helpful and generous.

Was a very well cared for hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was being slightly further away from the city centre than expected. Was a 25 minute taxi ride from the main railway station. Overall though, a great hotel

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Being from another country and trying to navigate is stressful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant had a great selection, and the drinks were great. Also, transportation is all around. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Munich.

The room and hotel were adorable. Not in the center of Munich, which we knew about and were fine with. Just a bit far from train or bus stations. Might be because the weather wasn't the best for us to walk around in.

Wir waren als ein Erwachsener mit zwei Kindern im Hotel. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Leider war der Beistellsessel als zusätzliches Bett entweder neu oder aus einem Raucherzimmer: Er roch ausnehmend stark, dass der Schlaf beeinträchtigt war. Das Personal hat gut unterstützt, es war aber leider nichts zu machen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das WLan des Hotel ausgefallen. Am Hotel angegliedert ist ein gemütlicher Biergarten. Der Service war sehr freundlich, es wurden Brezeln und Äpfel gereicht.

Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist mit der S-Bahn (Pasing) und anschließend mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Es verfügt über ein sehr schönes Restautant und einen schönen Biergarten. Ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) befindet sich der Biergarten ZUM ALTEN WIRT - sehr empfehlenswert! Beim Hotel selbst würde ich einige wenige Verbesserungen vornehmen: Die Säfte für das (sehr gute) Frühstücksbuffet aus Mehrweg-Glasflaschen entnehmen statt aus „recyclefähigem“ Plastikmüll, der sowieso im Meer landet. Außerdem fehlte eine Reserve für Toilettenpapier. Das sind aber wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten, die man schnell ändern kann.
