The staff, gentleman who checked us in and the nice man who was in charge of breakfast. The room was perfect and nice and quiet. The location was brilliant for getting around Munich and also travelling further afield.

We loved our experience here. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk to Oktoberfest and watch the parade from our hotel window.

Did not realise it was was in an avery sleazy area . Lapdance / striptease opposite every side of the hotel . Noisey through the night , not double glazing , shame had hotel Itself was lovely , clean spotless . But you cannot get a minutes sleeps, through horrific noise .

This hotel is nestled in the middle of a predominantly Middle Eastern neighborhood, which is great because it means you have access to AMAZING food on every corner! You're also a ten-ish minute walk from the downtown, and barely five minutes walk to the main train station. Breakfast was always good, with lots of options to choose from, and the one problem I had with my hotel card was resolved in minutes by a very friendly staff member. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is very walkable as the train station is less than 5 min away. Many resturants around. This hotel is on the opening weekend parade route so if you have a balcony you can watch from hotel. Very convenient.

This property has an excellent location if you want an affordable stay near to the hauptbanhof. The staff was friendly, the check in easy, the room lovely and unique, as well as spacious and comfortable. Dining options abound, and I really enjoyed my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location for getting to Oktoberfest, old Munich, shopping and dining. But unfortunate on a very busy and noisey street. Should strongly consider upgrading windows to minimize noise

It’s a very nice little hotel and the receptionist when I arrived was wonderful kind helpful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. It was quiet despite being on a busy street and neighborhood. The bed linens and pillows were fine and clean but not high quality so there seemed to be a lot of lint. The breakfast sadly was very poor. Bruised fruit. Cold eggs. Very unfortunate. But all in all I would stay there again.

The hotel is well located near the main railway station and an easy walk into the Altstadt The room was a good size, with plenty of windows and well soundproofed The street outside includes some nightclubs and bars which can be noisy at night

The staff was very friendly and the room was tastefully decorated. The beds were not very comfortable. The area around the hotel is full with lustful looking men walking down the street lol there is a strip club right across the street which I knew about, but I didn’t realize the noise coming from the street would literally go on all night long. Overall, it is an OK property to walk to the main attractions around Munich city center but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Also, the television did not work.
