There were a few small ants crawling on the bed. I was given another room, but I found ants there as well. They changed the bed sheets, but still—who wants to sleep with ants?

A very nice hotel close to the centre of Munich with excellent transport links. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice - lots of options. Would stay here again.

The washroom was unhygienic. There were alot of little ants around the toilet mirror. The room‘s ventilation was not working, the ac wasn’t working and there was no air so difficult to breathe in. We also called room service to inform about the issue but the issues weren’t considered.

Very good location. Some members of the staff were super friendly, but I received the “I could give a care less about you” from others at the reception. They would rather be doing something else like smoking at the entrance. Gross. The bigger downside was the ants that I shared my room with. There wasn’t an infestation, but more than one needed to be eliminated. Also, when I asked to extend a night because my planner changed, the prices got wildly high. Price gouging at its finest.

We were there for an exhibition. It was very easy to get from the location to the exhibition by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast buffet selection is fantastic. I will keep this hotel bookmarked for future stays in Munich.

An entirely satisfactory hotel. Very polite and professional staff. A little difficult to find the entrance the first time, as it is not directly on the boulevard. My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room. But if I was in town for tourism or without a very busy schedule it would have felt constricting.

The hotel is ok lacated and fine for 1 night sleep and go. The staff at reception is not at the level i would expect, welcoming ,and happy to see customer coming trough tte door, instead they sre arrogant,not welcomming,no smile, no emotional connection, especially the lady in shift sunday morning 01.06.2025, but all the others i seen in reception these last 2 days.unhelpfull,Really terrible customer service, one of the wrost ever experiened. Very disappointing

: Near metro and train and restorants; AC was functional (not like the 2 others hotel we stay) ; modern looking hotel ; good insonorisation for sound - : No coffee machine and no fridge (for iced coffee), so you can't get your coffee in the morning without buy the 3 euros coffee in the reception ; the air dryer was not functional ; the bed had dark spot on it ; a bit pricy for the quality of the hotel

Hotel use my card on file without my permission. When we booked these 8 reservations, we checked pay at hotel. These account should not have been used. I had to stop payment on my card. Not happy at all

Given room which hotel knew had no air conditioning - moved to another room but only after 1 night of no sleep in 30degree heat, no apology. Parking garage is a joke and not cheap either. Quite a few spaces but on a lift / conveyor system so you are left waiting for ages for others to request their car and load cars before you can park or leave
