We had a nice 1 night stay here and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the coffee tasted good. The rooms look nice, its very quiet even though we were facing the train tracks. A tram stop is right outside and conveniently connected us to the main station and inner city.

I enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had been awake for 24 hours traveling. Clean hotel room, comfy bed (on the firm side) and fantastic shower. Great location. Located next to multiple public transportation. Definitely recommend! Breakfast was awesome!

The location was great as right next to a train station. The room was a bit tired - there was a big hole in the bathroom wall and the bed was rickety. There isn't a proper shower either, only a hand-held shower head which is disappointing.

This is exactly what you'd expect for a Hilton Garden Inn. It's just showing a little age and could us a refresh. The bed was very firm, the sheets and towels were just fine. It's close to a train station, but very limited shopping or dining in the area. It was good for one night.

Great location with a tram stop outside the hotel. 2 supermarkets close by and a great takeaway close by. 25 euros per night to park was a little surprise to us. Watch the toilet flush! It is fierce and you end up wet if the lid isn’t closed

This property was clean and nice. Perfect for what we needed. There is tram access right outside of the hotel and an S-Bahn station is less than a 10 min walk, so you have easy access to transportation to and from Munich downtown. The restaurant was great, but they were short staffed when we were there so they closed earlier than advertised for a couple of the nights we were there. The AC didn’t really cool off the room as we would have liked so we had the window open this made it a little noisier since it by the main train station not terrible.

The location of the property is excellent, which is a major plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast spread was quite limited, and the same items were repeated every day during our 4-day stay, which became monotonous. The room’s air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it hot and uncomfortable. Even after changing the room, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the level of hospitality did not meet expectations — we had to ask for basic amenities and services, which should have been proactively provided. Overall, the stay lacked the comfort and care one would hope for.

A great choice just outside of Munich Center!

About a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride to Hofbrauhaus/Marienplatz, but also located about a mile from Central Station with some decent restaurant options nearby. For 3 adults, the room was small but the bathroom was relatively large for a European hotel. Bonus points: hotel bar open until 00:00 and a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner if you need it. Also, a guest laundry which we took advantage of since we had already been traveling for a week with another week to go. No charge, just buy a Tide Pod downstairs. Down the street is Augustiner Brauhaus - a great alternative to Hofbrauhaus - and even closer to the hotel is Restaurant Heidi, which was by far the best restaurant experience we had in Munich! There's a grocery store steps away from the hotel for essentials and a coffee to go - if you don't want the hub-bub of downtown Munich, I highly recommend this hotel!
