Rooms clean, new and comfortable. Adequate showring, first class toileting facilities! The young German lady on reception was extremely pleasant and she made my stay at the hotel unforgettable, in respect of making sure my stay was pleasantly exeptional. I have stayed in 73 hotels this year and she was the nicest and most congenial staff member I have met across all of them.

Very clean and modern hotel. Spacious room! Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Nataliya was the best at the bar. Restaurant and breakfast we excellent with lots of choices, especially the omelets. Everyone, especially the front desk staff made our first time visit to Germany a great memory. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff, restaurant, bar, and amenities, like laundry service and workout room, are great. The surrounding location is more industrial/business, but it's convenient if you have a vehicle. The nearest car charging station is a little ways away. I would stay here again.

Once again I chose this Hilton Garden Inn to stay at during the Munich Messe trade show. It's really easy to get to the showplace, either by bus or Train. Travel to and from MUC airport is only about 38 minutes! The staff was very helpful and the restaurant prepared great food. I will stay there again in the future. Oh, the fitness center very well equipped for a hotel - even had a Peloton bike.

Truthfully I'll give it a 4.7/5 stars. The hotel was perfect in my opinion. The main problem was the location it is in. Not alot to do within 5 miles/ 8km. Other than that, staff was very friendly. Rooms were beyond my expectations. My jaw dropped when I entered the bathroom. Overall great experience, will definitely come back when I'm in town.
