Rooms are new but rather small, not even a closet and/or safe. Very little desk space without even a chair, just a pouf as means of chair, can one believe? No gym. Good for travelling. Excellent breakfast.

Really nice modern clean hotel. Room was clean. My two sons and I had a room with dual bunks. Perfect for us. The shower and toilet conveniently adjacent in the room. Staff spoke English very well and were all helpful (both reception and the restaurant staff). The best feature of this stay was the incredible buffer breakfast complete with eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, multiple coffee machines and breads and more. It was included in our stay and I recommend doing that. otherwise 19 euro per person. The hotel was conveniently located on the U3 line at Oberweisenfeld station and the BMW museum and BMW Welt one stop away. I would stay here again. Ive been to Munich 4 times from the US and recommend this hotel to vacationers and business travelers. It is family friendly.

Modern budget hotel with very good public transport links into central Munich (subway and bus stations right outside the hotel). The rooms are simple but provide everything that is needed (except for a fridge). The buffet breakfast offers a good range (including vegan dishes) and is open from 6:30am to 11:00am every day. The only issue is that the capacity of the breakfast room does not match the size of the hotel so expect to wait for a table at peak times.

Breakfast at this location is phenomenal! Easy for families. The metro is right outside the hotel and very convenient to get to city center. Parking is underground of hotel with access into hotel. Rooms were great!

Very disappointing stay — especially for a family Our family of four stayed for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the heat and humidity in the room. The cooling unit sounded like it was operating, but it did not actually cool the room. All four of us, including our two children, were uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping all three nights. We reported the problem to the front desk the first morning and were told they would look into it, but there was no meaningful follow-up. I eventually spoke with the General Manager, who was polite and explained the hotel's energy-efficiency approach. I understand energy efficiency, but guests should still be provided with a reasonably comfortable room. Our bathroom also had signs of what appeared to be mold. When I requested financial compensation, the only solution offered was complimentary bottled water, which was completely inadequate considering the circumstances. To be fair, the employees were generally polite. Our concerns are primarily with management, maintenance, and the hotel's handling of the cooling issue. The location near Olympiapark and public transportation is convenient, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to overcome the problems we experienced. We would not stay here again during warm weather. 1 star.

Easy access via the U-Bahn right in front of the hotel Breakfast spread is pretty impressive A bit noisy outside the hotel until very late, although it was Oktoberfest There was a confusing problem with the light switch in my room when I checked in, but it was fixed as soon as I brought it to their attention

This hotel was good overall and we were happy with it …especially for the good price we paid. Clean. Modern. Seemed fairly new. Had a really good breakfast bar at no extra charge. Beds were good but room was small. Nice that the windows open so we could get plenty of fresh cool air. Parking was excellent- garage just below the building accessible by elevator or stairs directly. Staff was friendly and helpful enough but “nothing to write home about”. There is not a great view here and the surroundings aren’t beautiful but they seemed safe and better than most places in this city. It is not luxury or beautiful but I would highly recommend if you just want a nice clean affordable convenient place to stay. Written by a middle class American and family of four.

I'll start with the good - location is wonderful. H2 sits within 20 ft of the underground train. The daily breakfast is substantial and goes from 630-11 so even sleeping late allows for getting in this meal. The price is also good if everything works as it should. Now for the misses - rooms are basically without air conditioning. We called maintainence and he used a ladder to "feel" the air and said it was working as it is supposed to. We slept with the window open and no sheets bc we were so hot. We spoke with others and they said the same of their rooms. On night two, we returned late from sightseeing and found that our main lights would not turn off! Maintenance had gone home so our choices were to go without power to our room (removing key card from slot that powers room) or to sleep with the lights on. When we called front desk they said "it happens, there are 600 rooms in this hotel." The next morning, maintenance came and literally hit something in the ceiling panel with a stick to get the lights off. That night, we incurred the same problem again and maintenance had to do their "fix" to get lights off. I've never seen anything like this. In our 3 day stay we never had room service. Trash and towels piled up and we ran out of the one roll of toilet paper we were provided. I spoke with mgmnt and learned the hotel is 6 yrs old (so no excuse for these kinks) and while sorry, because I booked through Expedia a partial refund wasn't possible.

I asked one of receptionist about free parking around the area. She said she doesn’t know about that but she said if you do illegal park you could be fined €1000. I was surprised about that. I understand she wants to give me fear so that I take parking from hotel. I took it because I had no choice. I thought it will be a designated parking spot for me but it was not. I have to wait someone have to move. Every time I had to wait for parking because there is few parking for hotel rest of other users. The breakfast was fantastic and location too. AC not provided enough air flow and cold air.

Great rooms for families. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. However, in the highest temperatures of the summer we really need the air conditioning to work. Multiple attempts by the staff couldn’t get it fixed. Very uncomfortable nights in the heat.

Regarding Price, Location, Staff and parking availability it scores high. In house restaurant serves decent meals suitable for a quick meal regardless of age. Good assortment of snacks and drinks. Breakfast is mid range but contains enough options for this price range, but the breakfast room can be perceived as chaotic and stressful with the different (and same) food stations. Would however not recommend during summertime, as the AC shuts down after a couple of hours, and prior reviews stating the effect of the AC is not enough, which was unfortunately true. In combination with (to our taste) very hard beds we will avoid this hotel to make sure we are well rested for the next day.
