Boutique hotel. Very nice cozy place. Room is spacious, but bathroom is little cramped. Got a balcony that a plus. Breakfast were included. Kind a distance from city center but very close to Oktoberfest.

I loved the patio! It's the place most people eat their great breakfast but it is also a lovely place to to read or write. I had a room with a balcony and that was a wonderful surprise.

Great hotel in a convenient location, just outside the centre and close to the train station. I actually preferred staying outside the centre, as some of the areas I saw in town weren’t particularly nice. The hotel was very clean and well equipped, and the rooms were really good for the price. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, including fresh fruit, cheeses and homemade pastries. I would definitely recommend it.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr fein und vielseitig. Die Lage ist ideal. Ich komme jederzeit immer wieder gerne und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Our stay at the Bavaria Boutique Hotel was very good. While temperatures in Munich were high at the time, and the hotel lacks air conditioning, the staff and services at the hotel made up for the uncomfortable room temperatures. The buffet-style breakfast offered everything we needed, the hotel was clean and orderly, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. In cooler, “normal,” temperatures, I would highly recommend the hotel. It was great!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed the outdoor space around the hotel. It was also very quiet, so we slept well every night. The only drawbacks were the location and the exterior of the hotel. It was a little further from the centre than we’d expected, around a 40-minute walk to the heart of the Old Town, which made sightseeing slightly less convenient. The building itself also looks rather dated and isn’t particularly inviting from the outside. Despite that, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful base away from the busiest parts of the city.

I feel there are pros and cons to this hotel it is 4 stars on some things and 3 stars on others: 4 star Pros = The front of house staff are excellent - so helpful; The daily breakfast is very good and available at sensible times; There are so many good mid range places to eat within a 10 minute walk: 3 star Cons = No air conditioning in the bedrooms - my room was way too warm (even when the temp outside dropped) and the ceiling fan rotates way too slowly to create any breeze; You have to tell the staff you need the room servicing otherwise it won't be! I kept forgetting - it's annoying frankly and I felt unnecessary - why not do it the other way around?; The hotel is a good 25/30 min walk from the Old Town and not in an area where there is alot to see which could be an issue for those who struggle to walk longer distances...... I would stay again all that said because I really liked the staff!
