Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

Sun N Sand Hotel Mumbai
Room - below standard, poor, sink was plugged, towels were not supplied. Staff- average Overall- spending Rs 20k per room requires decent room, amenities and services. We are regular customer with Sun n Snad for last 30 yrs. Feel need to change our second home to somewhere else

Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
