This is a scam. Beware or you lose your money
This is a scam and I’m totally disappointed in Hotels.com. When we got to the hotel, the manager said they don’t work directly with Hotels.com and that they did not receive any confirmation. They refused to let us spend the night. I called Hotels.com to inform them and they have refused to process my refund. In addition, the pictures in Hotels.com is nothing at all like the actual place. The place is horrible. Those pictures in Hotels.com are fake pictures. Please stop using Hotels.com. Run as fast as you can to avoid being scammed. You won’t be allowed into the rooms and you won’t get a refund. We had to look for another hotel that night and Hotels.com doesn’t want to refund my money. If this review is up, then my money has not been returned. Save yourself the stress and avoid being scammed my Hotels.com.

Good for a short business trip
The room was small but then I can't expect better at such a nominal rate for a place like Mumbai. The service was good but the AC temperature didn't go below 22. Overall a decent budget hotel for a short business trip.
