「The in is an "experience" as it takes you back in time. From the minute you walk in and up the stairs you are transferred back in time. There are 11 rooms all on second floor and only one room with a private bath. Ladies and Gentleman have a separate area for private restrooms and bath areas. Each room has it's own unique decor (refer to website for complete description and don't forget to read about the history). There is no front desk as instructions are sent to you prior to arrival. 「Breakfast was typical, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles etc. room was ok. No elevator so we had to carry bags to the second floor. 」

We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊」
