「This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. 「I didn’t dislike the property relative to the location. I did have to ask for a towel and toilet paper. It didn’t look like the picture, but I had a comfortable stay」

They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. 「First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund.
