"yes the staff were courteous. It was annoying that when you walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to Herbie's the restaurant door was locked and they wouldn't let you in that way. They insist that you take the elevator via the garage but I don't like elevators if I can avoid them "

"We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise. Peacefully tucked away yet only a short walk to the beach, the main hotel and restaurant made it a perfect location. The bar right on the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this place! "

"We had a wonderful one-week stay at Las Rocas. The personnel were welcoming and always helpful. The location is perfectly situated between west bay and west end, walkable to both areas. It was so nice to just sit on your bungalow deck and read a book in the hammock! The food at the restaurant was great and the complementary breakfast was always good too. We truly have no complaints. They also kindly organized transportation to and from the hotel, which made our travel seamless and stress-free. We would happily recommend this place to anyone, it was a lovely stay!"

"The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. (Could use a toilet paper holder!) The staff were very professional and kind. Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort. "
