「I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The hotel has plenty of facilities and I always felt safe. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything to help you. Just across the road is a mall with a supermarket and 3 restaurants and a bar so anything you need is just a short walk. The only negative was that the hotel is a little worn down and you can tell the owner is not spending any money on it. would I tay again, yes definitely.」

「The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...

「They were so helpful I have never had such customer service the friendliest stafff」

「Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful.」

「Perfect! Spacious, clean, modern, well finished, comfortable and safe. Comfortable beds and beddings. It was great to have the 2 bedrooms to get a good sleep after the long flight. Pleasant staff with easy checkin. Amazing buffet breakfast. Close to the Safari Parks, Giraffe feeding and Elephant Orphanage. 24hr coffee shop convenience store in the hotel. 5 Star experience.」

「Very nice place, walkable to CBD and Westlands.」

「Excellent value for a multi bedroom unit which was modern, clean, and well appointed. Highly recommend. Very good communication, organized airport transportation. We used before and after a safari and worked very well」

「First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing.」
