「I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable.
The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe. Random people seem to have easy access, and I was even approached in the elevator by individuals asking me for money, which made me very uncomfortable.
Check-in was also a hassle. I had to wait in the lobby for a long...
