I stayed all over the country of Georgia on my trip and this property, overlooking the Black Sea, was by far the nicest and my favorite of all the places I stayed. Fully furnished apartment with everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook. Modern, clean, nice design and layout with an amazing view from the balcony. Well managed and great communication. I actually extended my stay 2x bc I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended.

Worst - Do Not Book This Apartment

To avoid ruining your trip, do not book this apartment. Details: 1) Communication Issues & Additional Deposit: You need to contact a specified phone number 72 hours before your stay. However, even though this apartment is in Georgia (the country), you need to call a number in the USA. If you cannot get in touch, you will not be able to stay at the hotel. Additionally, you will be asked to pay the deposit in advance. 2) Booking within 72 Hours: It is possible to book this apartment within 72 hours of your stay, but it will be extremely difficult to make contact. 3) Lack of Support: Even if you encounter these issues, do not expect any help from the Hotels.com help center. They will only tell you to contact the owner, and no refunds will be given. Overall, this apartment is the worst. To avoid ruining your trip, don’t book this apartment.

Not worth the hassle

The apartment is designed beautifully and it is new, however it is also unfinished. The walls are not painted and the floors are unfinished. This resulted in a white chalk-like substance on my luggages. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are not installed properly which resulted in them falling off the wall when I used it. The counter top is also not sealed and the balcony is unfinished and doesn't appear safe if you are traveling with children. There was no one onsite to assist me when I arrived. I tried calling the contact number for clarification on the instructions they provided me and no one answered. I requested the wifi password and it took them over 12 hours to get back with me. For two days, someone was drilling or doing construction directly over my unit. Additionally, when it was time to check-out I couldn't not get to the parking garage using the elevator so I had to stop on the first floor and carry my 3 luggages down to the garage. Additionally, my card information was stolen after making the deposit they require you to make off the hotels.com or expedia platform.
