「We stayed here for a week; with 2 day to arrive at the Gold Coast for fun. At first we were given a large room for 3 people. The place was big and nice; but the cleaning was average. But when we came back, we were given a room for 2 people. The 2-person room was not Problem. The problem is that there are many ants in this room. It must be improved. They walk around; in the kitchen; there are ants in the toilet and on the countertop. It is terrible.」

「The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony.
Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper. 」
「There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience. Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average.」
「Great location that is 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the South Bank. The apartment was very clean and had great amenities. The front desk was very helpful and was extremely receptive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.」

"The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
