"I stayed in the hotel only so I am not sure about area around the property. All the staff are friendly and hotel facilities are great. Only one thing is my room was too far from the main lobby. As a solo traveler, I felt a little nervous of walking in the morning and at night before and after safari trips."
"What an incredible place! The staff treat you like family and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent food and service set in a beautifully curated hotel on the river bank. We were spoiled every day with Elephant, Hippos, bush buck, warthog and nyala eating and drinking directly in front of the hotel. "This was the perfect base for our exploration of Kruger National Park. The accommodations themselves were amazing. Clean and comfortable, we were immensely pleased with ourselves for having booked our room at Kruger Eden. From our very hospitable host, Natalie, to the chef, Joseph, to every smiling employee we met, we always felt welcome and valued.
Natalie was outstanding from beginning to end. She reached out on WhatsApp to confirm our arrival time and was there to meet us when we showed up after dark. She happily helped us with booking two safari drives (one private and one through Kruger). She gave us excellent suggestions on where to drive ourselves in the park when we were in our own vehicle. And she responded to every message we sent through WhatsApp in a very timely fashion. Natalie is the most competent host we have ever met!
As a bonus, Kruger Eden has its own water purification system enabling us to drink freely without worry.
We wholeheartedly recommend Kruger Eden for your trip to this amazing park!"
"Everything at Nyati Safari Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable – ours was located right in front of the river, and on the very first day we had elephants, crocodiles, and other wildlife right in front of us. It was like living in a nature documentary!
The meals and drinks were delicious! The entire staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of every step of the way.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the game drives. Kenneth, Peter, Pride, and Freja went above and beyond, always asking which animals we wanted to see and doing everything they could to make it happen. Each game drive ended with either a morning coffee or a sunset drink, always paired with a breathtaking view of the reserve.
I truly can’t wait to go back!"
