"Staff and amenities were great. We stayed in the tower king which looked like a remodeled room. The bathroom had alot of water calcium buildup, which made the gold hardware look dirty. The shower had darkened stains on the floor pan and the bathtub didnt look clean. The bed was really uncomfortable but its a hotel. For luxor being part of mgm i just expected a better overall. We left a day early at 6am and wasnt able to get refunded for the extra after staff told us during checkin that would be possible. I wouldnt stay here again"
