「We stayed at the B&B, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was not very comfortable, with no chairs to sit on and cheap bedding. Additionally, there was a very strong smell from the owner's dog, who lives in the same house. The hotel's restaurant offered a very limited menu. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, as there are better value-for-money options available elsewhere.」

「Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!」

「The bed sheet smells other people’s perfume, gave me a different room, but see hairs on the bed sheet, owner said it’s ok, then at night taking shower, drains clogged couldn’t finish shower, but have to wait until next day, this hotel is 3star but it’s not maybe 1star level, talked owner a manager(owner of son), seems to they don’t care, please check bed sheet right after check in.The family business, seems service is very limited.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...
