"Excellent location. Hotel is located just next to the OCAT bus terminal. So we took OCAT from KIX straight to the bus terminal. Very convenient. There’s the subway next to the hotel and a short 10 walk to Namba main shopping street. There’s also a Family Mart at the basement of the hotel building. A supermarket outside at the corner. We stayed 3 nights, couldn’t hear noise from neighbors which was good. Will stay here again on our upcoming Osaka trip. Drip coffee pod machine in the room was a pleasant bonus surprise! "

"I stayed three nights, and my experience was wonderful! I booked a room with a city view, and it was so pretty! The room was clean and roomier than some of the other hotels I booked while in Japan. I have no complaints :) Safe travels!"

"The hotel was wonderful! Great location to restaurants and metro station. The had free self serve coffee and tea station that was available 24hrs a day. The also had free beer every day a different hours with a live DJ playing music. The hotel was very well kept. We traveled with family. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was spacious, the staff were amazing and provided excellent service and all that for a very reasonable price. The accommodation was only a 20 minute walk from Osaka Station. I highly recommend and will stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. "
