"Everyone is very accommodating and very helpful. We needed a first floor room, but the room available was a second floor room with no elevator access. Although the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and helped us to our room with our luggage.They, then relocated us the next day to a first floor garden view, which was beautiful and very accommodating for our little doggy. The room is very nice and clean, especially like the double sink, so you have a sink, toilet and shower in one...

"Basecamp lodge is a beautiful property slightly away from the main Mount Shasta town. The property is clean and you get "the freshest water in the USA" in the tap. The beds are big (we had a king bed) and very comfortable. You have beautiful Mount Shasta views from the property and it's close to all the hikes, waterfalls and lakes you want to visit."

"The Inn at Shasta Lake is a true hidden gem! The property is clean, charming, and tucked away in a peaceful setting, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is small, cozy, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that we really enjoyed.
