「We were soooo excited to come to Wadi Rum. We met Audi, the owner when we were dropped off in town and he was nice. However, we went on to have our mediocre tour (our guide was very nice!) and after we were brought back to a camp that wasn’t at all what was advertised and we were literally the only ones staying there. 「Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead.」

「I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead.
