"We think the breakfast is okay. In the past, barista coffee was included but not in this trip. But the brewed coffee is so good. We didn't like the way they cooked the sunny side eggs because they tasted "plastic - ky" and the scrambled eggs looked dry. But on the brighter side, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Wakatipu Drill - loved the prawns, fried chicken and salmon. Love the pool, spa but disappointed that the steam room was not working. Fabulous stay."

"The room we stayed in was on level 2 street facing. We had a terrible night with constant noise from the next door occupants. The rooms at the hotel are clearly not noise proof. Whilst no one expects complete sound proof. At least it should control the loud noises. We were also disturbed early morning with a huge touristy bus trying to park on the street on side of our room. The driver’s ongoing yelling woke us up well before we intended. Won’t be staying at this hotel again."
